As easy as 1, 2, 3. Remember, this is your wedding and that is most important, but also keep in mind that you are inviting people to come and they will use this opportunity as a vacation. That's were we come in. Let's say your getting married in La Paz and you have 80 guest.... you are assigned a Wedding Coordinator who will be your contact point for planning and all arrangements. Apart from those arrangements you supply the coordinator with the list of 80 attendees email addresses and a couple of photos of the Bride and Groom. We will then build a special pass word protected web page dedicated to your wedding listing all attendees. When the attendee clicks on their name it will direct them to their very own page where we can work with each individual person to setup their accommodations, hair styling appointment and any other vacation type activity such as kayaking, sportfishing ect. We will then bill that person direct so you don't have to get involved. This also assures that outside activities are scheduled around your wedding. You don't want to be walking down the aisle with Grandpa Jack out fighting with a Marlin. On the other hand, if you are handling all expenses for all guests we can also help there by supplying you with a detailed list of available services and pricing schedules. At that time we will provide you with an on-line tour that should answer all the basic questions. We will conclude our presentation with a questionnaire. Once we receive the questionnaire we will answer any additional questions and provide you with a quote for your review.
